While on tour the members of CHVRCHES stopped by the Moog Sound Lab in Asheville, North Carolina on October 9, 2018 to try out the new the Moog One polyphonic analog synthesizer and utilize it to re-imagine a beautiful live version of “Wonderland” from their third album Love Is Dead. In a conversation with Moog Music lead singer Lauren Mayberry revealed, “This is one of the few songs from the new album that we haven’t played live in any context and we wanted to do something special for the MSL performance. I think this will probably be the only place a live version of “Wonderland” will exist…”
CHVRCHES previously re-imagined their hit single “The Mother We Share” off their first album The Bones of What You Believe in the Moog Sound Lab back in 2014.
