CHVRCHES will be playing the Josie Dye Anniversary Show on Saturday, May 19th at the Danforth Music Hall in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Get ready to welcome back CHVRCHES for their first show in Canada since 2016 and be one of the first to get a listen to the new tracks from Love Is Dead live!

A couple of days ago CHVRCHES announced they have joined the Open’er Festival lineup this summer. This annual four-day music festival will be held from July 4-7, 2018 at the Gdynia-Kosakowo airport in Gdynia, Poland. CHVRCHES are scheduled to perform on the tent stage Wednesday, July 4th.

Earlier this month Lauren Mayberry, Iain Cook and Martin Doherty of CHVRCHES stopped by The Watch podcast for a chat with host Andy Greenwald. Topics of discussion included meeting other celebrities and backstage ethics, recording an album in the US versus Scotland, working with music producer Greg Kurstin and more!

Mayberry was previously a guest on the Andy Greenwald podcast back in 2015.

Yesterday we learned that CHVRCHES have been added to the 2018 Pitchfork Music Festival Paris lineup. This annual three-day music festival will take place from November 1-3, 2018 at the Grande Halle de La Villette. CHVRCHES’ first appearance at the Paris location was in 2014 and can be viewed in full below.

A few days ago, CHVRCHES announced a pair of Splendour in the Grass sideshows in Sydney and Melbourne. The band will play the Hordern Pavilion in Sydney on July 22, 2018 and Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne on July 23, 2018.

Tickets go on sale Thursday, April 26th at 11 AM local time from Ticketek. CHVRCHES has partnered with PLUS1 so that $1 from every ticket will go to support Girls Rock!

CHVRCHES just dropped the official music video for “Miracle”, the fourth single off Love Is Dead initially released on April 10, 2018. Following the bands journey in a post-apocalyptic setting seeking something positive while trapped in a dark place lead singer Lauren Mayberry sings:

Careful what you wish for
We're looking for angels in the darkest of skies
Saying that we wanted more
I feel like I'm falling, but I'm trying to fly

Life is Beautiful Music and Art Festival just dropped their lineup including CHVRCHES! This annual music, food, art, idea and comedy festival is held in downtown Las Vegas on Fremont Street taking place from September 21-23, 2018. Head out to Sin City for a weekend of great music and more!

A few months ago, CHVRCHES’ lead singer Lauren Mayberry partook in a new project by fashion photographer Kevin Sinclair called Vestal. The outcome was a stunning photo shoot including a featured cover shot and an interview with Mayberry for the March 2018 manifesto issue. All photos by Kevin Sinclair, styled by Stacey Cunningham, hair by John Ruidant and makeup by Rebecca Alexander.

Vestal has been described as, “Not quite a magazine, nor exactly a book, Vestal is rather a hybrid object; a polyphonic work marching to the beat of ten chapters focused on Q&A’s. It is a kind of magazine with its own unique look & feel crafted by Kevin Sinclair. Vestal is setting our times to words and images. The present of Vestal is a time designed to last, explored and revisited. Like a collection of short stories or a beloved record we leave to one side, only to come back to it, time and again.”
