Lauren Mayberry Named a Talent to Shape NYC’s Future

This week’s issue of Time Out New York (September 23-29, 2015) features twelve New Yorkers on the rise who will be shaping the city for years to come. Included in this list of inspirational artists, musicians and more is Lauren Mayberry. Although not a resident quite yet she intends to find her own place in the city when her band CHVRCHES wraps up touring this fall. Speaking of her move, “I don’t know if I’m too small-town to deal with it forever. But it’s such a vibrant, diverse city, and I look forward to dipping my toes in.”
