After Lauren Mayberry of CHVRCHES spent some time volunteering for WaterAid UK at Glastonbury Festival last month the band decided to partner with this organization to change lives with clean drinking water. To join this important cause CHVRCHES have added a limited edition water bottle to their store with a percentage of all profits being donated to WaterAid. One in ten people worldwide don’t have access to clean drinking water. Learn more about WaterAid’s mission at www.wateraid.org.
Mayberry commented, “The idea for these water bottles or canteens started on tour after we became increasingly aware of the amount of plastic water bottles we were using. We decided we had to change this.”
