Last night Lauren Mayberry of CHVRCHES made a guest appearance with Death Cab for Cutie at The Anthem in Washington DC to sing “Northern Lights”. Mayberry provided the backing vocals for this track on Death Cab for Cutie’s latest album Thank You for Today and previously joined the band on stage for “Brothers on a Hotel Bed” a few times back in 2016. Two nights ago, at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee CHVRCHES welcomed opening band Lo Moon back to the stage for a beautiful cover of The Blue Nile’s hit song “The Downtown Lights”. CHVRCHES made their daytime TV debut on The Ellen Show today with an exhilarating performance of their hit song “Miracle”. The episode was recorded on September 24, 2018 while the band was on tour in Los Angeles. Check it out in the video below.

Yesterday it was announced that “Graffiti” by CHVRCHES has been added to Rock Band 4 which also coincides with the release of their new music video for this track. Rock Band 4 is available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 while “Graffiti” can be purchased individually for $1.49 for the first two weeks of release and then will be priced at $1.99.
